1. FSV Mainz 05 places trust in aluminium boxes from ZARGES
A team from the Bundesliga has to transport a lot of luggage. For many years, the 1. FSV Mainz 05 football team has placed its trust in ZARGES boxes. They have always provided stability, practicality, the ability to be stacked and extreme robustness.
In the current season, the team is taking part in three competitions and travelling across the whole of Europe. It has therefore strengthened itself behind the scenes with a total of 25 K 424 XC mobile boxes. Kitman Walter Notter is particularly pleased with the built-in wheels featured on the new ZARGES boxes. “This makes them far more ergonomic and simplifies transport considerably”. For regular away games in the Bundesliga, the team travels with 20 to 25 items of luggage, the majority being ZARGES boxes. For a training camp in the USA, more than 50 pieces of luggage were required weighing 2.2 tons in total. Especially practical, in addition to the built-in wheels and pull-out handles, was that ZARGES boxes are still stackable and can be loaded onto buses, for example, in a stable, yet space-saving way.
Things are now much easier for kitman Walter Notter. Thanks to the new ZARGES K 424 XC boxes, he is able to transport equipment for the FSV Mainz 05 Bundesliga team even more easily, as shown here in the cabin during the first away game of the Mainz team at Borussia Dortmund.
EC Peiting: Mobile using ZARGES boxes
EC Peiting can take things a bit easier when they attend away games this season – especially when it comes to transporting their gear. The third league ice hockey club from Upper Bavaria is now using the new ZARGES K 424 XC boxes.
Grinding machine, accessories, jerseys, water bottles, medical supplies and lots of small items – EC Peiting have a lot of gear to take with them. They have been using robust aluminium cases from ZARGES for years and are now expanding their equipment to include the new mobile boxes. Lightweight and splashwater protection of contents are further benefits of the boxes.
They are so stable and robust to be practically indestructible. This is important because they are not always handled with care. EC Peiting used the former model of ZARGES boxes for over 20 years.
For this season, the club’s crew appreciates the wide range of options available for the interior of the boxes. A lid pocket is available for small items and the personalized design options for the interior of the boxes make it possible to separate individual items so they are easier to find later on. There is also a removable pocket available as an accessory.
