Details

The K 470 product range offers an exceptional selection of 25 standard sizes. Their capacity ranges from 13 to 829 litres. Customised sizes are also available by request.

  • Compact and secure storage and transport thanks to stacking corners made of cast aluminium.
  • Large, ergonomic handles and closures facilitate handling, even when the user is wearing gloves.
  • A whole host of quality features ensure a long service life, including fully welded profiles, stainless-steel hinges, beading and solid rivets. All K 470 models with base dimensions of 750 x 550 mm and above are made of extra-thick 1.5 mm sheet metal to provide added stability.
  • 25 standard sizes, customised sizes on request.
  • Lid fitted with stainless-steel hinge strip, two lid straps and peripheral foamed seal.
  • Stacking corners made of cast aluminium ensure secure stacking.
  • High stability thanks to 3 fully welded aluminium profile frames.
  • UN approval for the transportation of hazardous goods possible at additional charge.
  • ZARGES Comfort handles for ergonomic handling and loads of up to 50 kg.
  • Depending on the size, all-round beading and corner beads are added for extra dimensional stability.
  • Snap fasteners: can be secured with a plug lock, lead seals, spring anti-opening feature or a padlock (max. shackle thickness 6 mm).
  • Ergonomic and durable Comfort fasteners that can last at least 20,000 use cycles.
  • Extra-thick aluminium sheets (1.5 mm) are used on all K 470 containers with base dimensions 750 x 550 mm and above.

  • Clearance dimensions approx. 30 mm less than inside dimensions (length and width). Special sizes on request.
  • IP 65 rating available at add charge.
  • Embossing available at additional cost.
