The ZARGES K424 XC case has now received approval from the Federal Institute for Materials Research and
Testing (BAM) for hazardous goods transport. This further underscores the high quality of ZARGES products.
The K424 XC is available in six different sizes as a special version of the popular and proven ZARGES cases. What’s so unique about this solution? The sturdy aluminium case has an additional frame that houses both the telescopic handle and castors, yet still includes the most popular features such as a spacious interior, stackability, high stability and low weight. The solution also offers extraordinary mobility, enabling a single person to comfortably move even heavy loads – also in rough terrain or on sandy ground thanks to optional air-filled rubber tyres.
The hazardous goods approval was granted for all six available sizes. The permissible total gross weight is between 25 and 50 kilograms depending on the case and corresponds to the maximum weight specified by ZARGES for the cases. The K424 XC with hazardous goods approval is an ergonomic solution for transporting hazardous goods and objects such as lithium batteries. “But even if the customer does not necessarily need the hazardous goods approval, the fact that it has been granted approval speaks for the high quality and safety of the series,” says ZARGES Product Manager Michael Blum.
