How do I find the right spare part?

To select the right spare part, you need the exact length of the part you require for your ladder. This guide shows you how to measure the length of your spare part in order to select the right one.

The length of the horizontal stabiliser bar is determined by the length of the horizontal stabiliser bar including the correctly mounted ladder end caps.
Use a ruler, for example, to measure the total length of the horizontal stabiliser bar, including the correctly mounted ladder end caps.
If you do not find a horizontal stabiliser bar with the right length in the ZARGES range, select the next longer horizontal stabiliser bar. As long as all other dimensions (e.g. distance between holes, drill diameter, outer dimension of stile, etc.) fit exactly, a longer horizontal stabiliser bar will also fit. Make sure that you do not select a shorter horizontal stabiliser bar, as this will impair the stability of your ladder.
